All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there are a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone number provided on order. You are more than welcome to contact us concerning your shipment.

We care for the safety of our customers and employees here at Yazzie's Indian Arts. Due to the public health order and COVID-19, we are currently offering a free store pick-up service for our customers. During checkout, please select the "Free Store Pick-up" option. Pickup address and instructions will be given before completing your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Yazzie's Indian Art ships to addresses within the United States (physical and PO Box) depending whether USPS delivers to your location. If USPS does not deliver to your location and wish to ship with another carrier (UPS or FedEx), please contact us before completing your order online.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
U.S taxes are calculated, added and displayed during checkout.
Yazzie's Indian Art is not liable for any product(s) damaged or lost during shipment. We carefully pack all items securely before shipping, in either a corrugated box or padded envelope. If you receive your item(s) damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please feel free to contact us, if you have more questions concerning damage item(s) during shipment.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. You are more than welcome to contact us concerning international shipments.
Yazzie's Indian Art is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc, required by the country for importing the item(s) purchased. We do not collect nor give an estimate of these charges. Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to be aware of these charges for international orders.
